Here is an example of what I call a Price Action Gap. It is a hidden area in the chart that is missing a lot of volume.
It means lower time-frame charts are trending very strong and on very little volume - the market is in a rush to get somewhere, fast.
Without knowing how to find this pattern, it would look like an ordinary candlestick bar. But with this knowledge of price action you begin to see what is hidden in plain site.
You can imagine in the early days I would sit there and highlight these areas on my chart. I hardly left my house.
Eventually I realized this type of information was the only thing that actually mattered.
So I programmed the setups into indicator that allowed me to quickly identify these areas at a glance.
